Our design team is committed to the highest standards of quality. We ensure that you are completely satisfied by following an iterative improvement and feedback process.

• Can I demand a refund?

If you are not satisfied with the result, you are guaranteed a refund. In this case the samples can be resold to some other client.

• Can I get a refund if I am not satisfied with the design provided by your design team?

Any design is work of collaboration between the buyer and our design team. The objective of our service is to provide satisfaction to you at all cost. In spite of all the good intentions and exhaustive planning, if you are not satisfied with the quality, you are entitled to a refund. Under these circumstances, any samples that we created for you can be resold to other customers.

• Are your designers technically qualified to design websites?

Our team is comprised of designers who have degrees in Computer and Electrical Engineering, Web Designing and/or diplomas in Web Site Design and Graphics Design. At frequent intervals, the team as a whole upgrade their skills with courses any new design technology that will help them serve the client better.

We abide by our refund policy – If our design fails to meet your expectations, then we retain copy right of the samples and issue a 100% refund.

• Can the updates be done by the client?

Absolutely. We will set up the content management system , so that you can manage your own site updates.
